Good times. I used to see Denise for my brazilians. She was d@mn good. And funny. I loved her. After she had her baby I could never get an appointment to see her and I just didn't feel comfortable seeing any body else. When she returned from maternity leave not only could I not get an appointment with her when I did schedule one, they'd call me and tell me she was sick. It happened 3 times. Unacceptable. I talked to the owner and she gave me a credit for my next wax and I really appreciate her trying to make the situation right. Next thing I heard Denise left for maternity leave, and then I heard she was fired. So at this point I couldn't really wait any longer. I let them make me an appointment with who ever was available, and I gotta say. I was happy. Esther was my waxer and she did great. Maybe she had a little different style then Denise but it was same thing, in and out real quick. Everyone just seems so happy there whenever I go. Which is weird to me, everybody's getting waxed, and it all hurts. But overall it was pleasant. Esther's my new girl and I feel like I've been seeing her all my life. I don't know if it's the place or the girls or the crazy weird happy trip everyone's taking there but I missed it. And I'm glad they have someone as stellar as Esther on board and I'm not so afraid to try somebody else now.

Trickery and Deceit!!!!. For those of you that were Denise's customers, do not believe the lies they are telling...Denise is NOT on extended maternity leave, she was FIRED! The owners of this business are hoping that you are not smart enough to realize that a person would not go on maternity leave three months AFTER she came back from maternity leave. They are being dishonest in an effort to keep clients there because they know that some people will leave once they find out the truth. I started at La Bella Dona in 2005 and when I came in for my appointment, they did not tell me Denise wasn't there, they had just resceduled me with someone else and when I inquired, they told me Denise was on extended maternity leave. Luckily, I was able to contact her and find out the truth. I will never go back to La Bella Dona again and I am encouraging everyone I know not to go there either unless you want to deal with shady business practices.

Great facials. I have horrible skin and always have tons of issues (acne, scars, etc- you name it, I have it! :)). I met Brooke when she worked at a different spa and followed her to this spa. She truly is an artist at what she does: my skin always looks 100% better when I have a facial with her. I went to her before all major events in my life for the last 5 years or so, and never left dissapointed. For anyone who has problem skin, I highly recommend a facial with Brooke: she really does have a magic touch! :)

Brazilian Wax. Went there on 19 Jul 08. They did not really acknowledge me like the other customers (white customers). Got a Bikini wax, they left wax in my hair area, one sides was waxed further in then the other side. They didn't even use a cream after waxing! To top it off they charged me $50.00 just to wax my bikini line! The SERVICE SUCKED & THE PRICE WAS TO HIGH FOR THE SERVICE! Claudia's is wayyyyyyyy better! I would never recommend them!

Excellent. I go here for my brazilian bikini waxes. The inside of the spa is quiet and relaxing. The service is superb. They are known for their brazilian waxes so I highly recommend someone who is looking for this service to go here. They are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable.

The 'New' best spa around. I received a gift card to be used at any spa and I don't remember how I stumbled upon this one. But I am glad I did. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for great service, and you want to feel special.... if only for a couple of hours ...try this place. bring your girlfiends. It is a small intimate place that really makes you feel welcome and the service is bar non as good as Red Door without the hoity-toity treatment.
