You made me laugh when you started discussing in great depth the removal of a single hair, but your attention to detail, or OCD, whichever it is, is sincerely appreciated. Best facials in Richmond!. La Bella Dona provides the best facials in Richmond! They use top-notch skincare products. All employees are great! Molly goes above and beyond on her facials. She does a thorough job and follows up with each patient. The front desk lady is extremely helpful and friendly as well!

Seriously, best spa in Richmond!

Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!!. This place has to be the most rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming business in Richmond. Which is ironic being that it is a place one would go to relax. The owner, Nancy, has one of the nastiest attitudes that I have encountered in quite a while. My journey with this place goes back quite a while. It began with the purchase of several gift certificates at once for what I believed were some amazing deals. However, I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. There are several things that happened to leave a bad taste in my mouth with this place. I only kept going back because some of the girls that actually perform the services were very nice but most importantly, I didn't want to lose the money already spent on giftcards. Which brings me to the last straw for me. I recently went in to redeem my last gift certificate for a 4.5 hour spa day, to include a massage, facial, mani & pedi. When i called to book the appointment I was told I didnt have to do all the services in one day. So I decided to just book for a much needed massage first. On the day of the appointment, after my massage I was told that they could only honor my massage & that all other service would be void because the gift certificate had expired. I immediately grew angry because my gift certificate clearly stated that it was not to expire for another month. They began to explain that it was an error on behalf on the gift certificate company they used. To which I responded was not my problem. I have not had the gift certificate a year yet. They would not budge. This has to be illegal. I have had more than one incident at this place but this was the most ridiculous of them all. I would not recommend this place to an enemy to say the least.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BELLA DONA. I received terrible service there. The employees were not courteous and were very abrupt. I was taken to a room that was dirty and smelled of B.O. Additionally, the temperature was freezing and although I requested another cover, they never brought one.

When I left, I felt as if I had wasted my money. I was disgusted at my experience and will never return. I will also advise everyone I know to avoid this establishment.

Stunned. I got real crazy and decided to do the Shellac manicure. IT has literally changed my life. That's stupid to say about nail polish but it has. Maybe because i have ocd and perfectionism problems but gone are the days worrying about this or that chipped nail. Gone are the 2 trips in a week to get my nails painted.

I refuse to do gels or acrylics, not matter what anybdoy says they destroy your nails, but this shellac manicure has lasted perfectly for 15 days already!!! Thank you Chrystia for taking the time to explain things to me so clearly, who knew that there was so much to know about nails!!!!!!

Thanks Ms. Chrystia, I urge you to try out the shella 14 day manicure if you're looking for an easy solution to the worlds biggest nemesis of fingernail polish, chipped nails and limited durability.

Wonderful treatment, will go back again. I've always had a good experience at the La Bella Dona. I have my favorites but I'm sure they're all very good. The front desk is always pleasant and very nice and the bottles of water they offer you are a nice touch. I only book my mani/pedis with Chrystia because they last for weeks and she is meticulous about my paint job. And I’m lucky enough to have found my bikni waxer for life. Book with Esther for your Brazilian Bikini waxes, the procedure is of course not painless like they say, but it was the least painful Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and I’ve been everywhere/seen everyone. The rooms are nice and Esther always make me feel at ease, I have incredibly sensitive skin and the redness after a wax is usually gone after an hour or so. I only go to La Bella Dona for my Brazilian waxes.

best brazilian bikini waxing in richmond. What a great place! That was the best, fastest, least painless brazilian bikini wax I've ever had in Richmond. I tried two other places, one place used the hard wax and had a decent technique but it was in a sketchy area of town and too far for me to drive. I need convenience and professional. The other salon had a weird older lady who made me feel uncomfotable. La Bella Dona was the third place on my list of places to try but it should have been my first. I can only think of it like comparing those other places like, "the hair cuttery" to Mango Salon. It was a totally different level of professionalism. No tacky slogans or pushy people. just friendly girls, a painless wax, a discount because I'm a college student - WHO KNEW!- and a great place. I love La Bella Dona and I send all my sorority sisters there now. It's like a DC brazilian bikini wax - you can tell they've been doing them for years!

Great Service! Lovely Staff! Fantastic Prices!. I've been going to La Bella Dona for over two years and am a faithful customer. I've been to almost every spa in Richmond and once I found La Bella Dona I have been a faithful customer.

My husband and I recently had their couples massage for our one year anniversary and it was to die for. It was our first time getting one together. It was romantic and relaxing.

The also have great specials and deals on their website.

Nice and not commercial. A few years ago I was in a car accident and did some damage to my back and following after that my insurance used to cover some of my massages for medical reasons. My benefits ran out on that but I'm addicted to massage still so I have to pay out of pocket. I've gone to the big massage houses and paid a great price for an okay massage. And i've paid a ton of money at "spas" for a pretty terrible massage. I went here on a recomendation from a friend's wife and i had the best massage of my life. The massage room itself is nice, isolated, quite and it even has a cute little fireplace in it. The massage therapist i had used to be a nurse before she went into massage and she did a real bang up job. I'll definitely go back. The price point seems low for what was an exceptional massage in a really classy establishment, really the best of both worlds.
