A blight on the face of Richmond. I have never been into the Cotton Club. I am far to terrified, but I do frequents other places in the area, and since the Cotton Club came to town, the area has gone down hill. Gunshots are not a rarety, fights spill out onto the street, and the language being screamed would make you think you were in downtown Harlem. Stay away, and maybe if enough people do, the neighborhood will become restored to a nice environment.
