I was treated with respect and consideration. I had an unusual (I thought) request: I needed my apartment packed up, but all the boxes and wrapped furniture left in the apartment. I was having some work done, and wanted to protect my contents, as well as have them 'move-ready' in case the job became bigger than anticipated. From the first phone call to the day of packing, I was treated with respect and consideration, no one even suggested that this was anything out of the ordinary. Alex and Robert arrived on schedule, after I received a call telling me they were on the way.
