Nice Buffet. You have to look around, but there are some very nice dishes here and the price is very reasonable. The Mongolian bar is excellent and my wife tells me the Sushi is great. You just need to make your first pass include tiny servings of everything that meets your interest and then go back and get decent helpings of the dishes you like. My wife ordered plum wine and got a full-sized wine glass filled to the brim. The service is good too. They always removed the old dishes and kept my soft drink glass filled when I wanted it to be. There are probably a good number of bad dishes served here too, but the gems are numerous. I would highly recommend this place for an inexpensive but surprisingly good buffet.

Worst buffet EVA!. I wish I could give no stars it was so horrible. Me and my family went there for all you can eat crab legs. After we got there and ate a little regular(nasty) food we were going to get crab legs but there were none. Almost all of the people that worked there did not even speak english. When I finally found someone who did I asked why and he said that b/c the crab was so expensive that they couldn't get it any more. He said our prices were two dollars off b/c of it. So we tried to fill up on some food but most tasted and looked as though it had been sitting there for the whole day under a heat lamp. When we get our bill the adult prices were discounted but the kids were not. They were $11.00 and $12 dollars the regular price for 10 and 11 year olds. I asked that they be discounted since my children also enjoy eating crablegs and they were so rude to me and I heard at least one cuss word out of the half english they were speaking to me I will never eat there again. Probably saving myself from food poisoning anyway. You've been warned!

Worst Food...Stay off expensive at $15. We thought a $15 buffet would be great tasty food; to my surprise food here is appaling...worse than the worst!! Food is not hot and also the quality of ingredients used is very poor.

Great Place/Price for Tasty Food. For the price of slightly more than a combo meal in fast food restaurant, you can have more than 100 varieties of food items including the mongolian barbecue and expensive sushi food. Nowhere else you can get this kind of deal. On top of that, they carry quite a few delicious dim-sum yummies. The food trays are continuously being filled up with fresh food. Don't forget, they also have great deserts at the end of the main meal - the fresh fruits and pastries are plentiful, there are also great varieties of ice cream. I rate it the best deal and place in town.

Food looks great, tastes terrible. We went to Super King because the other (good) West End buffet had closed. We were impressed with the presentation and variety; everything looked great. We loaded up a couple of plates and headed to our table. As we tried different dishes, we both were astounded that food that looked so good could taste so bad. Even the best dish was merely OK. It was as if they tried to make it taste bad. Dish after dish proved scarcely edible; several different ones were so bad we each actually sp!t them out. And it's EXPENSIVE - $35 for two. If the food was at least edible, I wouldn't have minded paying that much, If it was good, I'd gladly pay that much or more. But not for one of the worst meals I have had in memory. Don't waste your money.

2bad so Sad. This is by far the worst place in Richmond I have ever eaten at. Our waiter added a 10.00 tip to mine and my husbands bill....Tipping 10.00 is NOT my problem. Tipping 10.00 and only seeing her once (when first getting there) is my problem. I was a large group of us. We had plates stacked higher than we sat(not because the food was good, it was because we kept trying to find something that had flavor), empty glasses. She ended up making 100.00 tip off of all of us ...for nothing....

I signed up at this website JUST because of this experience...

Good value, yet inconsitent food quality. They offer a variety of Sushi and other foods. Unfortunately the quality of "fishes" seems to vary quite a bit, and the last visit really put us down. We've visited there about 10 times or so, and we don't plan on going back any time soon due to disappointment we've had.
