Like a Nut House. I use to come all the time, tried several more times. Stylist stays on the phone and has one problem after the other. The other stylist are fighting and talking about each other. I want to be relaxed. Hair is never done like it use to be because no one is listening. I don't know how they stay in business and charge the outlandish rates for the type of atmosphere you have to endure

I love him!!. I first met Justin Craig at Ava's and decided to follow him to Misti Belle's since he was sooooo fun and creative. He made cutting your hair exciting and had a lot of ideas. They are SO friendly at Misti's and Misti does make sure that you are happy. She is so sweet and one time I didn't like my hair leaving there.....because it was hard to fix since Nirvanna turned it green....Justin took me in right before my Christmas party and made it look fabulous!!! I have recommended this place to my sister and friends and have seen their hair cuts and color. They look AWESOME as well. Everyone does such a great job there including my favorite JUSTIN!

Amazing. I had my hair cut by kelly richardson.She did a fantastic job and made it a point to keep a conversation goin with me the whole time.If you are looking for a professional stylist in a professional environment please try misti bells.youll be very pleased

HOT cuts by HOT people lol. First thing i can say is when i walked in there i was ashamed of my hair. However with the snip of Justin's scissors and his master coloring skills, i didnt leave looking good but, i left looking HOTTTTTTTTT. When i left i had more confidence and swagga in my step then i have ever had my whole life. Even my boyfriend couldn't take his eyes or his *hands* off me. Misti belles was fun and yes i Believe VERY RELAXING. The hairstylist made me feel good and made my time there worth spending (and my money too). It was a clean enviorment, hell when i walked in they were cleaning lol. To make a long story short, I am 18 and i absolutly love that JUSTIN turned my Rag into Fab. He transformed my broken, orange, scraggly hair into a master piece. So when you want a hair cut GO SEE JUSTIN at Misti belles, you won't regret it and you will enjoy all the staff, trust me i did.

GREAT cut and highlights. I was just there recently and didn't experience anything like the below comments. I was treated with respect and I liked the fact that the Misti cares what the stylist is doing to your hair and the fact that she checks every haircut and color before you leave. I have been there a few times and all but one experience was fabulous. I was unhappy with the way my hair looked (cut and color). Misti called me personally to check on me. When I told her I was not happy with it - she immediately told me to be there the next day to have Justin fix it. Well, He did an AMAZING job!!!!! I have had nothing but good things said about the cut and highlights. Complete strangers have stopped me to ask where I get my hair done. I definitely would not make your decision based on the comments below. Don't judge Misti Belle's until you experience it for yourself!! When you make your appointment - Ask for Justin, you will not regret it!!!

best salon in town. After i read the last comment posted on here i knew that i had to correct what was written. I have been a client of misti belle's since they opened. All the girls in the salon are beautiful young women and very professional. I find it very hard to believe that you saw chelsie making out with an older man in the salon concidering i never see chelsie when i get my hair done. Sometime the girls might wear some low cut shirts and such but definatly nothing to the extreme of " cheap prostitutes." If you dont like the way misti handles her salon then how about instead of slandering her, her buisness, her employees and even going as low to attack her 18 year old daughter you just decide to get your hair done somewhere else. I love all the girls at misti belle's and your hair will always look great.

Great Stylist. I made an appointment to see Kim, she took the time

to ask me what I wanted insted of telling me what I

needed. No Stylist have ever taken the time and been

as professional as she is.She did an excellent job

on my cut and color, she took the right amount of

time and it turned out wonderful and I didn't

have to wait 3 hours for the process, some of Kim's

co workers should follow her work ethics, she is

truly a Stellar Stylist. If you want excellent service

and a more than fair price make your next

appointment with her, you wont be disapointed..

TO TO MUCH TALK. I walked in to see if I could get a hair cut at Misti Belles .I received good service but o my ,does Misti talk too much.I overheard her talking with her client about her employees and it wasn't good,that's not being a good boss or professinal,all the problems she's having with her daughter laying out of school and it goes on and on.She danced and then made her breast go up and downwhile she was cutting hair.I couldn't wait to get out of there.I won't be going back.Wonder if her people knows how she talks about them....I guess they will now if they read THIS review.

My oh my.... I'm not usually one to write a review, but after reading the other reviews I just had to put in my own two cents. They have it exactly right. The prices are reasonable and the services that you receive are comparable to what you pay.... but the atmosphere is extremely toxic. There seems to be a total lack of respect for anyone other than themselves. This includes other stylists. Their client relations is just dreadful. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. And the drama? Oh dear Lord don't get me started on the drama. This salon could have it's own reality show.... and I don't mean that in a good way. If you are up for some good entertainment then by all means check them out. But I highly doubt you will submit yourself to a second experience at Misti Belle's.

Best in Mechanicsville.. After meeting the owner, Misti, in a local restaurant about a year ago, I began going to her shop to get my hair cut. The atmosphere is fun, everyone there is friendly, and I've had nothing but great haircuts. A mens' haircut is only $17.00, which is a great bargain for the quality of the cut. The low cost allows you to give a decent tip to your stylist (make sure you do!) My stylist, Julie, is terrific, and is always accomodating of my busy schedule. Additionaly I should mention that all the ladies there are really sweet, and very pretty (Hi girlz!). Now that I've found them, I can't imagne going anywhere else.
