I went to Mr. Transmission, desparate for a quick state inspection to be done because I was going out of town and did not want to have to ride around with an expired tag.

Not only did I come in on a Saturday morning, without an appointment, and they had me in and out in only a couple hours, but their customer service is phenomenal. That alone was enough to make me a repeat customer. No one likes to be talked down to when it comes to their car, and unfortunately, a lot of other mechanics underestimate the owner's knowledge of what is going on under the hood. Phil (the owner) addressed my other questions about the car thoroughly, and I will not be taking my car anywhere else! On top of that, it's extremely convenient to my workplace :) I would definitely recommend them. Quoted prices were very fair, and the guys in the shop are experts under the hood (not just transmissions!)

Bigges Scam Shop ever!. I have taken my new car there for an inspection for the last 2 years. The first time they told me I needed a bunch of work to my car to pass inspection. I was very cautious about this so I took my car to the Firestone down the road where I normally get work done and they told me my car looked great and passed it.

Because I can walk to Mr. Transmission from my office I gave them another chance and the same thing happened, I need all new breaks, alignment, and a few other things. I told them not to touch it and took it to Firestone and let them know all of these things that they said it need and they told me I did not need any of them and everything looked great.

I will never go there again because it is a scam and all of the work they have told me I needed has been false. Its a shame they are so dishonest since it is so convenient for me.

Be cautious if you go!!

Fair and Friendly Auto Repair. I had to give this business a 5 stars. Visiting from out of town and drove a friend to pick up their vehicle. Not only were the requested repairs done well and at a fair price (as an ex automotive person I know of what I speak) they installed a part for free cause they are NICE. Had work done myself, again, fair and friendly. They were uber helpful in a very stressful situation with a car accident. You want to work with these people for your car repairs. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Best Mechanic!. Phil is the owner there and is the absolute best. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that is friendly and a staff that will help in anyway possible then this is the place to go. He has recommended glass repair specialist for me and even tested my motorcycle battery without charging me a thing. He has always had my business and always will.
