Chanterre is such a knowledgeable, talented and professional woman. She explained the difference in hair types to me and ordered the most beautiful Brazilian hair imaginable for my extensions. She knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't. I came in looking a mess and left with every guy on the planet trying to get my number, as soon as I walked out of the door. *Pretty Girl Rock*. Sherri has been my stylist for at least 10 years now and I would not have it any other way. When the second half of my senior year of High School came around, I made my appointment to get my hair done for prom like 2 months ahead of time, simply because anyone else doing my hair was unacceptable. I had the slightest idea of what I wanted done....all I could do was say my dress would look best with an updo. She stood there and thought for a minute or two and said "ok." I asked what she was gonna do she says "don't worry about it :)." When it was all said and done, I don't think I would have made a better choice myself.

After graduation I ended up moving to NC for college and the area I was located in was about a 4 hour drive, and since l lived the typical life of a college student: BROKE! Between that and eventually getting my own place in NC, I didn't make it to Richmond much at all. When I do come to town some try to convince me to go to other places I dont know (& most times neither did they) from a can of paint and my answer is always simple and short: Sherri does my hair. Period.

Best experience hands down. From GA, always get fusion extensions, just moved here to VA, decided to get it done here instead, found Chanterre Designs online and let me tell you, just as others on this site say, Best Extensions Ever! First time I've ever absolutely loved the hair quality, technique used and the way it was styled. Looks so natural (even if it is down my back...what) Got it done 3 weeks ago & love it even more. Very impressed, she even highlighted it before I came in. Undoubtedly the best

I'm Loving It!!!!!!!!!!!. Sherry is the truth! I got a full sew-in and it is beautiful. On top of that the style looks great. I have had a few sew-ins and this one is not bumpy,not sprayed with a ton of oil sheen , not recklessly sewn in and looks super natural. I'm sold!

Awesome!. Got a Fusion today...Awesome! I cant even tell its in there! Well except for the fact that my hair is long, wavy, full & beautiful. She has the best hair I've ever seen and felt. It's just perfect! Thank you!

I have had the honor of working with Sherri while attending college! If you are looking for a person that cares first about your need as a customer, SHE HAS THOSE HANDS!!! Over the years, (16yrs) Sherri has master what most stylist I have found fail, She grows, treats and designs your hair to fit you. I have had many different experiences with Sherri. Sherri was actually the first and only stylist to place a relaxer in my hair, that was 14yrs ago! My hair has always been healthy, long and consistently FLY! I am currently natural and she stills WHIPS my hair!!!

I have had color, Professional Undetectable Weave Sew-Ins, and Relaxers. My hair is long,healthy and natural, NO Chemical's!

While working with Sherri, I learned so much about haircare, and what differs from many stylist. If your hair is damaged she will tell you, privately and begin treating it ASAP! Sherri also displays intellectualism, while WHIPPING HAIR, she attends classes to continue using professional products!

I have recommended all my friends and all women in my family are Styled By Sherri! She is also a very calm, sweet, compassionate Women, who wants to educate her clients, as well.

I have not let anyone else TOUCH my hair, only SHERRI!!! She is really the best by FAR!!!!

I'm Lovin It. I know I called at the last minute but thank you sooo much for doing my hair on a Monday!!!! Sherri was booked for the holidays when I called last week but I heard she does an amazing sew-in so I begged her to squeeze me in. She scheduled me for today (a Monday) and did the best weave job I have ever had! & I've been getting weave since I was 16. Thank you & I will be seeing you on a weekly basis to keep me looking Beautiful!

Great salon, great location, great hair. Hair looks great, I loved being able to get my hair done in private and it looks gorgeous by the way. And I discovered I love Shortpump, reminds me of home
