Best customer service - great selection!. As the only independent jeweler in the Short Pump mall, Peter Alexanders is the best on selection, customer service, and also price, in my opinion. The retail store has a well chosen selection of jewerly. Some bridal, some from estate sales, and several of the popular lines. They also have a TV in the corner for the kids to watch so I can shop and they are entertained yet always within view. I've been there often and really like the help given by Lois. She remembers us each time we stop in and even called a few days after we had a baby to check in on me. My husband feels very comfortable with her recommendations and that makes for a happy wife come Anniversary time!

User review by saartje410. My fiance and I shopped around quite a bit when looking for an engagement ring. Peter Alexanders was the most genuine and helpful of all of the stores we went to.

They recognized us by the second time we walked in and helped me design my own ring with a center stone I already had. It turned out beautifully. At christmas we recieved a hand written note thanking us for our business and a gift card. When we went back for our wedding rings we recieved the same personal and speedy service.
