Avalon.

The first time I went to Avalon Nail Salon in Shortpump Mall, was my last time.

They are so unprofessional there and they really make you feel very uncomfortable. It was not a good expierence getting my nails done there.

I was shopping one day and thought, "Hm, They look like they'd be great!".

The truth is, they weren't.

And, okay, I know practically in nail salons and hair salons, and well, in pretty much ALL salons, the people that work there will sit there and talk about you. Sometimes even in a different language where you can't understand them. I've had that happen to me before, and I'm like, "Oh, okay well I don't care, say what you want."

But, I've never had someone be sooo rude to me. Flat out. It was terrible.

I hope they get better employees. I've mentioned their poor services to many people, and they won't be getting any business from me anymore.

A Nail Salon you can see the difference with your very first visit

This is the first time that I had ever gotten my nails done before. I got a pink and white set. The nails are very strong and don't break while I do my everyday chores. Even more than two weeks, they look the same as the time that I had them done, only to see that they have grown out a little since. I also had a facial there as well as some waxing done around my lip, chin and eyebrows. I have had a few facials done before by other day spas, but they are very costly. At Avalon, I can get the same service for a reduced price. The waxing was perfect and my eyebrows look so neat and tidy compared to what it was before. I had to take a day off to pamper and distract myself from school. It's also very clean. There was a relaxing atmosphere that lulls you to sleep while someone is doing your nails and facial. I haven't gotten a pedicure yet, so I can't wait until I go there again to have my nails redone because I overheard someone who was very satisfied with their pedicure saying that Avalon Nails was the best place that she had every gone to. I'm telling this so that other people can go and see for themselves what I had gotten done.
