Food is mediocre, service awful. I've been to BWW a few times and after my last experience decided it would be the last. A group of us arrived on a lazy Sunday with fewer than, I'd say, 20% of the tables full. Our server took our order and we waited...and waited...and waited for our food. Almost every order was misfilled. Some were just missing. The server refused to take any responsibility for the mishap - it was an apparent ploy to keep his tip. The manager came out, comped all our food saying she was cooking and the thing that prints tickets for the kitchen was not working well, so that's why our orders were not correct. Apparently they were busy (only in the kitchen) and that's why it was so slow and the food was barely warm. A couple of weeks later, against my better judgment I called to make sure they had gift cards (a friend helped me out and loves BWW). I drove out of my way to pick it up after work and was told they couldn't sell it to me because the manager was not on the property - he was out getting alcohol. They apologized, which was nice, but that was it. I left and won't be back.
