Good food, but the noise ruins it. This is the closest thing you'll find to a legitimate TexMex restaurant in Richmond. The food is excellent - the service is acceptable, but the noise is absolutely unbearable. It's like they went out of their way to create an environment with only hard, sound reflective surfaces.
