Most impressive salon I've been to in Mechanicsville. I've been a long time customer of this salon and must say that the new place is fantastic. As the place was in the original location, they added more space and services that make it easy for me to get all of my needs handeled at one time. The personnal attention and the ability to have just a hair trim or a full make over make me look forward to going each time. I recommend anyone that is in the area or looking for a real appealing salon to try with talented and experienced stylists and technicians, that you take the time to check this place out. I especially like the massaging chairs you sit in while your hair is being washed, something you get each time at no extra cost.

They are clueless when it comes to scheduling and the business side.. My review is based on their business side. I am sure their services are fine. I went in to setup a time for my mother and wife to be spoiled a little on Valentine's day. My first question was do you have availability. the answer was yes. Anyway 30 minutes and 2 gift cards later I go to schedule the time and I am told there is no availability for Valentines day. I immediately ask for a refund. I then find out the next day that it takes 2-3 business days to get the refund credited to your account. That is B.S. I waiting for a couple of things to bounce so I can take them the NSF charges to them. They really are screwed up on the business side.
