Excellent service and great quality. They arrived when they said the would. Went straight to work and did a very good job. The tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. The approach to the task was professional in every way. I would definitely use them again.

Love Mr. Handyman!. I have used Mr. Handyman of Richmond for several repair jobs around my house. They recently hung some heavy lighting fixtures in my dining room. In the past, I have used them to repair a toilet, install a new garbage disposal, caulk my shower, and install a new screen door. Each time they came to my house they were on time (wow!), professional, and very courteous! Without question I will use them again for my next home repair project. Thank you Mr. Handyman!

Poor Show Guys ! I will use www.angieslist . com next time.. Had really poor experience with you guys. You estimates doubled from was quoted in the morning( after onsite inspection). Estimate it self costed me 30 minutes(~$50) for five very small jobs. ! Your model of charging customers without quoting did not save me money. Based on your pricing model I essentially have to open my pockets for you to charge as much as you can. I just though your model works because may be you are honest... and your staff is better skilled.

I have been asking for my invoice since morning and I was promised I will have it today but now everyone is already gone and I am left hanging. I needed to submit my completed puch list to my buyer so I can close on a house early next week. In this buyers market I wanted to close the deal and that is why I paid you double of what I could have found on Angie'slis dot com t just so that I could use the 15+ years of experience and integrity of your employees. I am sorry to inform you that I am not a satisfied customer. I am writing this at 4.52PM on a Friday and you guys are gone for the weekend.

Pl. check all the other reviews. They were done in same timeframe from friends and family.

Excellent Customer Service. Excellent customer service and appreciation of what customers actually need are just two of the many things I enjoyed when using Mr. Handyman. Their patience and continued follow-up are assets and I hope they know it. I was able to have my project completed quickly and I would recommend this company to anyone. The technicians were WONDERFUL!

They do it, so you don't have to. Okay, so maybe I could do the work myself, but why would I want to when I can pay these guys to do it. And my wife says that they are actually far more skilled then me. I am okay with that. They also cleaned up well, which made my wife very happy.

They just replaced our garbage disposal, installed crown molding and put in a tile backsplash. They gave us recommendations and even checked on some other things we were thinking of. Plus, they were honest. They checked our window caulk and could have told us it needed repair, but they didn't. They were honest and said it was fine.

Overall, the work looks great. I didn't have to do it. What a bonus! I played golf. Can't beat that deal!

I am also psyched that it's an actual company that checks out its employees so that they don't send a criminal to hang out in the house with my wife and kids. The two techs I have met were clean cut, normal guys. Unlike the guys another company sent over. I wouldn't leave my wife alone with those guys.

This is a great company to use. Their rates are comparable to what other professional companies charge and they are honest folks.

BEWARE!! HIRE AT OWN RISK!. Calvin was the Hanyman they sent.. his work was sloppy and it took him FOREVER to NOT do the job right! He was suppose to replace a lighting fixture, replace a faucet and hang a ceiling fan. He broke one of the lighting fixtures and now my hot water doesn't even WORK! After 2 hours and 300$ charge he didn't even hang the ceiling fan!

When I called Katie the compnay rep she was EXTREMELY arumentative and unhelpful. She refused to resolve any issues and stick to the company "pledge" of sustomer satisfaction.

Hire this company at your own great risk! Definitely stay away from CALVIN!!
