disappointed

I received a pretty bad hair cut. I asked for one haircut and got me something totally different... when, during the haircut, I told them I didn't like it my stylist said I was being argumentative and it looked just like the one I pointed out and said it looked good and continued with my hair cut.

He was a jerk to me for dismissing my requests and not listening.

Best Salon in Richmond and beyond

Christopher Scott Carter has been my hair stylist for more than 12 years. I moved from Richmond 9 years ago, however I continue to make the trip to Richmond every 6 weeks or so for the Ceco experience. His entire staff is excellent!!

BEST SALON IN RICHMOND

ive been going to JANESCOTT STUDIO for the past 3yrs since i moved to richmond .I had been traveling abroad after college and had such a hard time finding the right salon fit and one that used aveda products.After several different people with great hair told me about the studio i decided to make an appointment. From start to finish of the appointment i had never felt so relaxed and confident in a salon environment. All of the staff was so knowledgeable and attentive that i felt as though i had been going for years. At this point i have seen all of the stylist beginning with Scott,the owner, and they all are so consistent in there skill level. I would like to thank all of the staff at JANESCOTT STUDIO for always making me, my friends, and family feel and look our best. THANKYOU Scott, mandy,donna, rachel, charity, anna, and jennah. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST !!!!! BY FAR hope i didnt leave anybody out.

Wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else

Mandy is my hairdresser here - she's absolutely wonderful! I have followed her all over the fan - you know how it is when you find someone who can really cut your hair. She knows my style and I never really have to say much except "make it look good". The salon itself is nice and very convenient for me - most of the staff is great and very personable. Check them out if you are still looking for a great hairdresser with reasonable prices!
