I'm a stickler with fitness instructors; so when I find a good one I follow them. I signed up for private instruction for pilates reformer. Norvell, the director/owner, is fantastic! He watches your form and guides you, to make sure you're doing it correctly. I highly recommend this studio.

Pros: Great instruction; affordable rates; clean; timely
