I have just moved to the Richmond area and was looking for a new place to board my dog for the upcoming holiday. My dog has been boarded many times before so I know what to look for. When I walked into Canine to 5 the place reeked. The staff was unaware I was even in the building and there was no one to be found watching the dogs. I gave myself a tour of the facility and left. What a horrible place!!! The dogs were in a room all together, unattended !!! It was quite dirty. This place needs to be reported to the SPCA. Inadaquate staff, dirty facility and totally digusting!! I wouldn't take my do to Canine to 5!!!

Cons: Right next to auto repair shop, horrible air for the dogs to breath
