Love the food and the atmosphere. I love this place! The staff, atmosphere, food... the complete package but I can't understand when some comes in on a Saturday evening at 6:30 sits at the bar and orders take out. OK, it's Saturday evening, it's beautiful outside, there's an obvious wait and you order take out from THE BAR! Anyone with a brain should know it takes time and the kitchen is extremely busy so you sit at the bar, have few beers and then you realize it's been 30 minutes so you ask someone to check on your food, you get it and then the ranting begins...so the owner comes out and the first words out of your mouth is a blatant LIE! You tell him you waited 45 min. when it's only been 30 min. which the owner very politely told him, "no sir it's been 30 min." and begins to explain to him the proper procedure on ordering take out so now you're embarrassed and pissed (I wanted to laugh in his face so bad) and asks if there's something he can do...maybe not be charged for those beers he sucked down...what nerve I'm sitting there thinking. There again, the owner politely tells him, he can not adjust the alcohol but he will adjust his food...the owner comes back and this ass hole walks out with a free meal...does he even bother to say "thank you" of course not! It took everything in me not to say something to this idiot and of course it didn't help that he was being influenced by someone at he bar which I didn't like. I give all due respect to the owner for how he handled the situation but that's just the way he is always very professional when dealing with his customers. YES, I'm a regular but I also speak the truth.
