I purchased A leather sofa at BLOOM BROTHERS FURNITURE in Oct 2006. It came with a warranty. Its a three peice sectional.The color begin to fade in Jan. A repairman came out to my house and recolored the spot. Later all three sections begin to fade . For the past two months I have been waiting for a replacement . Because all three peices are fading , I really beleive that corlor will fade on the new peices too. I have ask the manager if I could have a refund. He has denied me any refund and to this date cannot tell when I will ever get a replacement. As a matter of fact I have never talked to him ,only his assistant.
