I would not go back nor would recommend to others

I bought this dress that was very expensive only to bring it home and find a huge stain on it. I mentioned this to Norma, the owner, and she told me that I need to look harder at the clothes I buy, this is a thrift store after all! Geez... Also, I did not receive any money for the clothes and jewelry I consigned here. I spoke to the Norma who was very friendly at one point but was very disrespectful and unprofessional the day I spoke with her. She informed me that all of my items sold and that I would be getting a check but it never came. Called three times and never heard back. I thought this was a great idea to "recycle" my old clothes but it was the biggest mistake not to mention I lost all of my valuable things I will never get back! Live and Learn I guess. Do yourself a favor and don't shop or consign here, you will regret it. I do.

Absolutely wonderful

You cant read the negative reviews here, they are unfair and not true. Baggios and the staff are great, the store is beautiful and the clothes are magnificient. Consigning with them is a breeze and I have had nothing but great experiences with Norma and the staff. Go try them out, you will be very pleased!

Treated Badly

You are supposed to get 50% of the price that sells. That never happened. I got NOTHING. Norma, the owner, was supposed to pay me for the things I left to consign but NEVER did. She said she sent me a check in the mail but it never came. I told her and she refused to pay me and the remaining things I left there she refused to return. She chained that its now her property and she can keep whatever is left in her store for herself. I left some $$$ things and will never get anything for them. A ran into a former employee at Baggio and I was told that this happens a LOT. The way Baggio stays in business is that she rarely pays any of her cosigners or pays them a very small amount to keep them from asking to many questions. The blond lady is so snubby and rude and Norma is down right vulgar and disrespectful.

If you don't care about receiving any money then bring your things here! If you are a size 0, 6 foot tall and look like a model and are super rich white west end women, they will LOVE you!

Please stay away from this place! You are treated so badly and you never get any money for what you consign here! You are really cheated badly here. A place like this should not be allowed to be in business!
