This is another surprisingly good place to go for sushi - in fact I would say one of the two best places in Richmond. Sushi Bay has more of a family environment than Akida's and is nice for groups. The sushi is very good (though not quite as outstanding as Akida's) and they have a wide menu of japanese fare. Very wallet friendly.
Pros: Good sushi, large menu, wallet friendly.

Great service by family, others are a little slow. Ask for the picture menu. Great presentation and good amount of food for the dollar.
Pros: Family is great and friendly
Cons: local help leaves a bit to be desired.
