Customer Service is horrible. WE have visited the location at Chesterfield Mall and in Williamsburg. WE have given Gift Cards to family only To Be ASHAMED. The food was not delivered on Time, coffee was not brought until we left, SERVICE was AWFUL. The Managers at both locations did not CARE about our experiences. WE have gone as a couple and as a family....WE were extremly disappoiinted. WE have given this dining expereince at least FOUR chances....NO MORE! Never Again! HORRIBLE.
Pros: Mussels are the only good thing on the menu!
Cons: Customer Service was the Worst EVER!
