Best and service!. I love this place. I feel so comfortable with the staff and especially Karri as my server. It was my first time going there about a month ago and Karri suggested the Louisiana Sirloin and let me tell you, it was so tender and she was right about getting it cooked medium-rare. So deleicious. You've got to try it. If you go to O'Charley's, i would definitely suggest to have Karri as your server because she is very friendly and knows what she is doing.

I love it!. I love the food it's great. The rolls are so good. It's one of my favorite resturant by the mall. The service is pretty good also, you dont have to wait long for a table. And as every resturant it depends on the waiter you get whether there service is good.
