Worst experience with any service. Ever..
I called the day before and made a 10 o clock and to make sure they would have the windshield that matched my car. I get there 15 minutes before 10 and had to wait for someone to finally show up at the desk so I could sign my paperwork and hand over my keys.
At 1030 my car was still sitting in the parking space I left it in and the other 10 o clock appt (who got there after me) was already leaving. Finally the took my car to the back. I sat there for an hour waiting.
There was another customer waiting who had the same make and model car that I did. He had made the mistake of telling them that it was a two door coupe instead of the four door version that was the exact same as mine. They decided to put the windshield that was reserved for MY car on his car and then go pick up another one for me from Safelite. I had called the day before to make sure they would have the windshield ready for me. What was the point of making an appointment and calling ahead? Long story short, the only positive experience here was the pleasant receptionist. Why was I punished for another customer's mistake?
Two hours and 20 mins later I finally get to leave. This whole ordeal should not have taken more than an hour at the most. The workmanship on the windshield was poor at best and I have already noticed a rattling noise.
The manager was not there on a Saturday. We took the car back the following week to show the manager the 500 dollars worth of damage that had been done to the car. She acted as though she didn't care. The windshield installer got involved and called my mother a piece of crap. The so called manager never spoke a word when asked why she let employees speak to customers like that.
This is by far the worst experience I had ever had at a business. Is it too much to ask that a job be done correctly?

Dont read all of the reviews. $127 in and out in 40mins. YOu gotta do your homework--call ahead--make sure they have your windsheild in stock. Dont bring check--be nice--the ladies there are sweethearts. I fyou are shoppiing here you dont have liability insurance--so expect it to be cheap
One of the Worst in Savannah!. These guys are ripping people off. They install a much thinner piece of glass than the factory and the seals around the glss don't even touch the glass surface. As I was talking to the guys about my concerns, I used my invoice to illustrate my point by sliding it under the seal with plenty of room to spare. The other customers waiting started gathering around listening to what I was saying and could clearly see that the seals were useless. It was not done right and they'll never touch anything of mine again. Can you say charge back? I called Visa and they'll refund my money because these guys have an "All Sales Are Final" policy. That right there should discourage anyone from doing business with them. What reputable business has an "All Sales Are Final" policy. Savannah is small town and their days are numbered if they keep going in the direction they're heading.
GREAT JOB. I HAVE HAD THESE GUY DO SEVERAL OF MY CARS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I LOVED TH WAY WE WERE TREATED WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR TRUCKS WINDSHILD TO BE REPLACED. I WHOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO EVERYONE., TOP NOTCH PLACE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE. GOOOOOD JOOOOB.
they are smart *_&(* when there is a problem.
I used them to replace my mini van window. I now have air flowing in and it rattles. They were hateful and rude when I called in and NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THEM for them to repair yet again!!! What a waste of my time, which i very little of having 6 month old twins!!!
NEVER EVER USE THEM!!
