Fabulous Tanning Salon. Love everything about East Coast Tans! Great location, low prices, open 7 days a week, great employees, very clean - yes they clean the beds, spray tan, and the Red Light Therapy is something new - my mom loves it. This tanning salon has been here for over 10 years and they've kept their look and services updated, but the prices haven't changed! And they have a huge assortment of quality tanning lotions and moisturizers that are very reasonably priced.

Rude customer service - Not helpful - don't waste your time.. East Coast Tans in Midlothian (The one behind Arby's) is a great place. However, the employees ARE rude. Not a friendly atmosphere. The blonde who works there is ok with helping people. The brunette (early 20's) is the worse. Not helpful and rude. I already know 3 people who have stopped going there because of the unfriendly atmosphere.

Whoever owns that location needs to fill it with employees who are helpful and have at least some personality.

I love the actual place. But-- not the customer service. My money will find another place. Sad, because they do have some decent beds... they just need MUCH better people.
