ROOFING JOB FOR MY HOME AND SHED WERE JUST COMPLETED TODAY. I FEEL ALTMAN CONTRACTING GAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY. THEY KEPT ALL OPPONENTS AND ARRIVED ON TIME DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS. ALSO I FEEL SANDER ALTMAN DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DID NOT NEED FOR A QUALITY NEW ROOF. THREE THINGS HE RECOMMENDED TO ME WERE. 1) REMOVAL OF OLD ROOF FIRST DOWN TO SHEATHING. 2) USE OF AN ICE AND WATER SHIELD BELOW THE SHINGLES RATHER THEN FELT PAPER. 3) USE OF A SOLID ARCHITECTURAL 30-YEAR SHINGLE RATHER THEN THE TYPICAL 3-TAB 25-YEAR. ECAUSE MY MOBILE HOMES ROOF PITCH WAS ONLY 3 IN 12 HICH IS THE MINIMUM FOR USING SHINGLES, AND MY MOBILE HOME PARK REQUIRES SHINGLES BE USED, I FEEL ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS WERE ON TARGET.
