Extremely slow service, very poor customer service, and the pizza was just ok.. We ordered a pizza from Nuccio's at 6:15 p.m. and it arrived at almost 8:15 p.m. We were told it would take 30 minutes. We do not mind waiting for dinner when we can plan for it. If it is going to take 2 hours to deliver, be accurate and honest about your estimation. We called 3 times during our wait and they did not seem concerned or apologetic. When we called at around 7:00 (15 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive) they told us the driver had just left. This restaurant is less than 5 minutes from our house and yet it took another hour and 15 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold, of course. What was supposed to be a fun family night with dad home from a business trip, turned into a very cranky dinner time with three tired little ones. We have had some inconveniences with Nuccio's before, but this will truly be the last time we wait for pizza with quality barely above other pizza delivery services.
