I went to go to Dr. Dhakar the other day to have a tooth pulled. I was in excruciating pain and was worried that I couldn't afford to have the tooth taken out. I had been to a different dentist who refused to pull the tooth because they wanted to do a root canal (which would cost $5000). I called up Dr. Dhakar's office and they got me in within an hour. I had hardly any wait time when I got there. The staff was very patient and compassionate. They also did a great job explaining the aftercare. It was such a relief to get that tooth removed and it only cost $175. I highly recommend his office..

I went there this morning to get my tooth pulled out , honestly i had to leave a feedback because it was so amazing how I didn't feel any pain , the doctor was so nice and professional , the price was convenient ... i recommend that place to anyone who suffers from tooth aches , you'll leave pain free ...

Excellent Service!. Dr. Surya Dhakar is very accommodating and gentle. I suffered a terrible toothache. He was able to see me in his office on a Saturday, and he was very assuring that it would not hurt. He took care of my tooth and he also worked with me because I just started a job, and I have no insurance as of yet.

I will definitely recommend Dr. Surya Dhakar to all my friends and family.

An Excellent Dentist. The purpose of this review is to formally and publicly commend Dr. Surya Dhakar for the excellent services he provided as my dentist since he started in 1999 (12 years). In my opinion, the level of service that Dr. Dhakar extended to his patients is far beyond my expectations. When I called Dr. Dhakar today (Saturday, November 5, 2011) due to toothache he made an effort to see me eventhough his office is closed. I was so impressed by the support and service provided by Dr. Dhakar that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. He truly deserve it. Marivic Mitchell

Very Professional, Caring and Gentle Dentist. I went to Surya P Dhakar back in 2008 for a tooth that another dentist mess up and he corrected the problem it would have cost me another fee if i had went back to the other dentist but Dr. Dhakar worked with me on a low cost and i am still going to him today he is a very good dentist. You go in his office and you get a very warm smile and a great hello. He talks to you and its not all about getting in and out he wants to know how you are doing and they are gentle on your mouth. So if you are looking for a great dentist please check out Surya P Dhakar DDS His whole staff is wonderful. And when you leave his office, you also will have a great smile.

Over Charging Their patients and Not Much professional. I went to Dhakar for my root canal and he did a very bad job. He was not able to clearly explain me the different options available to save my tooth.

I did my RCT and he charged me a fortune even after having a good insurance, also i got a letter form my insurance that Dr. Dhakar overchaged for the prcedure as it compared to the usual amount.

It's my suggestion to anyone planning to go to them, please take a second look and try other options.
