Good value. I have eaten at this location a number of times and other locations in the area a few times. I have never had a problem with my order. I have gone with several different people and everyone has enjoyed their meal. When the restaurant is full it does get noisy and the service can be slow, but it is still worth the wait and the meal worth the cost.
Colorful, chaotic restaurant promises loaded burgers and endless fries for kids and a fully stocked bar for their parents..
In Short
With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.
good stuff. The burgers are tasty and they have just about every variation and specialty burger and chicken sandwich you could ever dream up. The big steak fries are unlimited servings. Prices are not cheap ($9-10) for burger meals but they are worth it when you really want a good burger. Cute atmosphere. Family friendly.
Eat at your own risk!.

I cannot stress this enough. This restuarant would rather make you ill than get your order right. For my meal there were several things that went wrong. I and three friends went to eat here. Two of our orders were wrong. These seemed like simple enough mistakes, but perhaps the kitchen staff is a bit to sensitive as they made our meal miserable from that point on. The problems: two burgers, well done, one with no mayo. Neither was well done (one cold in the center it was so raw), they both had mayo. The result: The first two burgers sent back still didn't come back fully cooked, rather than get a new burger they just swapped the buns and put the one burger (still slathered in mayo) on new buns. So once they went back again they came back cooked, but HEAVILY salted (which can make you really sick if eaten) with uncooked bacon on top (which can also make you extremely ill). At this point it was no longer worth eating here and we left.
Fantastic burgers, great fries. I had never even heard of this place before my son told me about it. When I heard the prices, I was even a little more skeptical. But, when I went in and heard the music, saw the decorations, and saw the food, I was hooked. I tried the Mushroom burger and fries, all you can eat fries by the way. It was well worth the money. Great atmosphere for the whole family, or even a date. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Worth the trip!. Most reviewers would say that the restaurant borders on too loud at times and the prices are a little on the high side. I would say that it is well worth it! The atmosphere is energetic and spirited. It's a family friendly joint with food that is unspeakably good! The service is on point and fun. I recommend it whole heartedly for anyone for any reason! Every menu item they have is indredible, and not to mention the very inverntive very yummy drinks for both kids and adults alike!
