Can't complain about anything - from my first contact via e-mail through a phone call or two, through two appointments to select my dress, every contact with Bela Rosa has been just about ideal. All nice people, gorgious selection of dresses and very accomodating with my school schedule. If everything stays just as good through the alterations process, I may have to rate them "Perfect"!
Pros: nice people, nicest bridal store in the area, and huge selection

Letter sent to Owner of Bella Rosa..and no response was received. Dear owner, I came into your store this afternoon without any idea of how to shop for a wedding dress. Being newly engaged, I haven't had the chance to encounter many vendors. When I arrived at Bella Rosa with my mother, I explained to the woman behind the counter that we were there to look at wedding gowns and bridesmaid's gowns. The woman directed us to the bridesmaids section, explained to us that it does take about 4 months to have a gown delivered and asked me and my mother to wait for "Phyllis". My mother and I looked around at the bridesmaid's gowns, I found a few styles and colors that I liked and then we sort of stood around, waiting for Phyllis to come talk to us. We patiently waited for someone to acknowledge that we were ready to talk to a consultant. After about 25 minutes, I walked to the front counter and I told the woman who I'd approached when entering the store that I had to be at work soon and she replied "Oh, well, we normally do appointments so you may want to think about signing up for an appointment. She then gave me a card and showed me the hours that I could make an appointment, and we left. Why was I not told in the beginning that an appointment was probably the better route to take? Why were my mom and I left standing around like vagabonds while the sales staff hung out in the front of the store, talking? I felt like we were treated with disrespect and talked to in a condescending manner. Someone could've come over to us and offered us a chair and said "someone will be with you momentarily"...any acknowledgment would've been appreciated. I will not be coming back to Bella Rosa to purchase a wedding gown or bridesmaid's gowns. Please understand that my unhappiness with your store was not with the inventory. You have beautiful dresses. My concern is with the staff and how they approached potential clients.
