I bought what I thought was a nice recliner from Bloom Brothers for $400 on sale. I have only had the chair a year and a half and it has broken pieces of wood and it sinks almost to the floor. It doesn't recline anymore and since it is so low to the floor now it doesn't rock either!!! About 6 months ago my daughter and I were in Big Lots furniture and saw the exact same chair, made by the same manufacturer for $179!!!!! I was floored, I could have gotten this cheap chair for half the price. I will never go to Bloom Brothers again!

After looking at several stores on the Blvd we found the set we were looking for at BB. My wife also found an ottoman to go with the sofa through the mfg website; we asked if the could be included in the purchase. After 3 weeks the sales person still has not given us a price; we were ready to buy! We called her, believe it or not, and she had a host of excuses but still no price! Another week later my wife called Esprit Decor in Chesapeake, IN LESS THAN 10 minutes we had a price and it was LESS than BB!!!! DON"T GO TO BLOOM BROTHERS, research on line than call esprit decor there was no pressure for add on's or other services. Thank you Bloom Brothers for not selling to us (this was before I read the reviews) you did us a favor. It was a JOY to buy from Esprit Decor!
Pros: Great locations. Never crowded!
Cons: Horrible service. Would not return phone calls.
