Flour Power – Every conceivable cake combination can be explored at this Richmond mainstay. The yellow pound cake with sugar frosting is the most traditional, but you can customize with chocolate, spice (cinnamon and nutmeg) or lemon. Hygiene?

The employees use the same tissue over and over, putting it their apron pocket between customers. That's not proper food hygiene. They make change after each sale, then use the same tissue. They have never provided napkins and now this. Not only is it frugal to the max, but something that I would think is against food safety standards.
