That's how storied the Jefferson is—the hotel has hosted nine presidents, a Louis Malle film shot on-site and a Rachmaninoff performance in the Grand Ballroom. The catering is handled by the folks at the Jefferson. That's a good thing, coming from the same staff that brings you LeMaire. The Grand Ballroom has a stage, a huge chandelier and floor-to-ceiling windows and dressings, while the Empire Room shines with the same brilliance in a slightly smaller setting. The hotel does valet parking (it'll cost you) and they don't offer packages as every wedding is custom designed.
