Primed to Party
With blenders whirring up fruity concoctions, 20 booths with individual satellite TVs and Top 40 music flashing back to former decades, you don't have to close your eyes to think you're in Margarita-ville. The fun spills out onto the packed patio on Friday and Saturday nights.
What to Eat
The best of Hawaii and the traditions of Mexico blend into Tiki's version of Maui-Mex: a combo of Polynesian marinades and spicy salsas. The signature Black Bean Soup gets fired up with Salsa Fresca and then cools down with a huge dollop of sour cream. The Hula Wraps ($6) erupt with marinated meat and are served with outstanding sides of jasmine rice and black beans. For something more substantial, try Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Mango-Roasted Red Pepper Relish ($13.95) or Coconut-Garlic marinated Shrimp Kebobs with grilled veggies and jalapenos.

Too loud, too expensive, too vanilla. Quarter beer night is okay, but not much else about it is.....

I will give Tiki Bob's props if you are under 24. If you are older you want to just leave. I used to go a lot when I was younger and enjoyed the attention from the goofy, stinky, youngen's. If you are older and enjoy a more "serious" scene, DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is pretty friendly but could use some more smiles!

OK, I will give Tiki Bob's points as far as creating a great vibe. And the ladies there are hot......BUT my only problem with the place is that it's WAYYYYY too crowded. If this is a bar, fine. But if it wants to be known as a dance club also then they need to shell out some bucks and get some more space put in there. Other than that, I have no complaints about the club.
