The Food
The menu always features regional favorites. Some notable dishes include the roasted pork tenderloin in a sweet mustard crust, served with Virginia ham, fresh sage and canellini beans. For the seafood lover, try the coriander and black pepper-crusted North Atlantic salmon in nicoise fennel broth with Osetra caviar.

Loved the food. Nice setting. Good wine list. However, service was poor: not attentive, not helpful about wine list, did not know how to pour the wine, slow. Service detracted from our experience materially.
