Steve answered the phone and was able to discuss the problems my Infinity was having. I met him the next morning and he ran the diagnostic immediately and ordered my part. The part was replaced in around an hour and he charged me much less than the dealership. The service was wonderful, quick, and affordable. I would highly recommend him.
Pros: Quick, dependable, and they don't repair unnecessary items.
Cons: small waiting room.
