uneducated stylist. so i went to hair 4 all on a recommendation of a co worker. i was assured when i made the appointment that they would have someone that specialized in short hair. When i walked into the "salon" it was a step down from hair cuttery at best. the shop was not clean and looked as if they had just moved in the night before. The lady who cut my hair barely spoke english, and for that matter didn't even speak to me. I wanted a trim up on my Victoria Beckham bob, however i left the shop looking like a chemo patient on the back of my head. i had to come home and wash my hair and re-cut the pieces that were uneven. needless to say i would never recommend this place.
