Tips for Chester Animal Clinic

Worst Ever!!!. This is the second time I have had trouble with this place... staff at front desk AWFUL!! would rather be on phone than getting your chart and getting you out of there..they never know your name or pet's name. Rude!! there are so many good Vets in this area, so I am going selse where, I want my Vet to know my pet and me.

Love my Vet!. I've been going to Chester for years and they've always been compassionate and thoughtful with my boys and me. I appreciate them so much! The doctors are wonderful and always available -- they have better hours than anybody around. I wouldn't think of ever taking my boys to anyone or anywhere else.

Good care, but why so expensive.
I took my dog to Dr. Lyne for a pucture wound in her foot. She receieve very good care but the bill was $400. I don't mind paying for the drugs and procedure but I was gouged on the cost of the bandage and medications. $18 for a 'small bandage', $35 for antibiotics (on-line $4), Goodwinol ointment $28
(on-line$6.49). I will be shopping around for a new vet.

We're sorry that you feel you need to find another vet. We do offer premium, quality care at affordable prices. We often call around to see if we are competitive - usually we're more fairly priced. We're glad that you felt your pet received good quality care, that's very important to us and your pet. Hope she's back to a full recovery! Next time you have another emergency our doors will still be open to help you and your pet.

THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIEND!. This is the best place for your pets to come.The new West Chester Pet Resort is very nice to .It's coo how they have the bone shaped pool dogs love it! The people who work there are very nice. Ther is nothing bad about this place!Hope your pets can go there you should try it out your pets will thank you!!

Best Vet, Groomer and Boarding around!. The Veterinarian, Dr. Lyne, was very compassionate and caring. You can tell he does this because he loves the animals. Can't wait until they open the Pet Resort!
