A little ole' country general store serving down-home foods and goods since 1969.. In Short
Originating in Lebanon Texas, this country store and restaurant has branched out all over the U.S. The décor includes old advertising signs, farm equipment, early kitchen appliances and photos which complement the country-style seating. Their menu includes home-style comfort foods like meatloaf and house-made mashed potatoes daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to stop into the gift shop for souvenirs and a variety of knick-knacks.

SLOW FOOD. DONT GET THE WHOLE MEAL AT ONE TIME. BY THE TIME THE WHOLE MEAL IS IN FRONT OF YOU HALF IS COLD. UGH! TO BE FAIR THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY MOST OF THE TIME.

Hearty repast. Great breakfasts, many,many choices. Served all day. The service can be slow at times but it is worth the wait.

southern comfort. If true southern preparation is what you are seeking, Cracker Barrel is a dream come true! Being from the South, and being raised on Southern cooking, I have never eaten anywhere else that prepares food that taste like it was prepared like my grandmother's, except Cracker Barrel. They offer a wonderful variety of breakfast combinations, ordering a large "lumberjack" volume of food, down to smaller choices for people with smaller appetites. If Southern cuisine is what you are craving, you won't be disappointed dining at Cracker Barrel.

A great way to get your day started. Cracker Barrel has the friendliest staff and a great country-style store to hang out in, in case you have to wait to be seated!!

BISCUITS ANYONE. Next to my grandma's cooking this place can't be beat. Biscuits out of this world. Getting hungry thinking about them!!! Large menu, huge portions served. Tasty, delicious food.
