Best Massage in Richmond

I truly enjoy the services that I receive at Ava's . I have a pinched nerve in my left leg and my Nuerogolist reccommend that I get a leg massage three times a week. I have had massages by Nargus before and I know how good and knowledgeable that she is. After my 5th massage I am beginning to feel better and able to sleep at night. If you are having similar problems I reccommend that you try Nargus instead of taking medicine that will cause side effects. Sharon is also good too.

PUTS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON YOUR CARD!!!

I called over the phone to schedule a hair appointment for my daughter to get her hair done for Homecoming the day before at 2:00PM. AVA required that I hold the appointment with a credit card and she would only put $10.00 on it to make sure that it was a good credit card #. At 10:00AM the next day I had to cancel due to she was sick with the Swine Flu. AVA proceeded to tell me that she would not reimburse me my $10.00 PLUS she was adding an additional $17.50 on my card for wasting her time. I told her I WAS NOT AUTHORIZING that charge and she said she did not care and was charging it anyway, then HUNG UP ON ME!

Well, that did not sit well with me so I drove to her salon and went in where she told me VERY RUDELY told me to get out of her salon or she would call the police.

I left, went home, made a HUGE sign that stated "AVA'S SPA PUTS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY DID IT TO ME, CAREFUL, IT MAY HAPPEN TO YOU!"

I then sat outside of her salon from 11:00AM-4:00PM. She contacted the police who came and informed her and me that I was doing nothing wrong and had every right to voice my opinion. Needless to say, she was not happy! Her employees even came out and told me that they supported my actions and that AVA is a B**CH and loses them money every day! HER OWN EMPLOYEES SAID THIS! WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THIS SALON!

I must say that Breaker's Sports Grille who is right next door also gave me free food and drinks for my actions, so please, if you go near the TJ Maxx shopping center, make sure you go into Breaker's for lunch or dinner, THEY ARE GREAT!

I still have not received a credit and had to cancel my card to avoid her putting any more unauthorized charges on my card. She also told the police that she would be suing me.

The only reason I gave them a star is because you have to do it to complete your complaint. Because they would get nothing from me!

DO NOT GO HERE! AVA IS A THIEF WHO IS OUT TO DO NOTHING BUT STEAL MONEY FROM UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS ANY WAY SHE CAN!

SHE DID IT TO ME, SHE WILL DO IT TO YOU!

Fantastic place to go!

This was my first experience at Ava's and i loved it. I brought my sister here for her birthday and she loved it too. They treated us greatly and the staff was super funny. The staff made it so great that they felt like family. April did a fantastic job giving a full body massage and Annett was great at my sisters facial and make up. Becky was excellent at the pedicure too! Everyone was fantastic. At first i was a little concerned about going because of the reviews, but i had to go for myself and let me tell you, this place is extraordinary! i would recommend this Spa to anyone who is looking to have a great time and looking for a friendly environment.
