Unethical Business Practices

This company interprets the lease to suit what they want to do. They also flat out lied to us regarding the renewal price and options. They do not take care of the grounds (garbage and dog feces everywhere), the maintenance staff half fixes stuff and leaves it, IF they bother fixing it at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
