cheap good food, not great.
Cheap food, good tasting, not the greatest but will do in a pinch. I think their food is over cooked, but tasty.

Good food, bad margaritas.
My fiance and I are new to the area, and one of the first things we do after we move somewhere new is look for a good mexican restaurant. We drive past Casa Grande every day and decided to give it a try. The food was good, though a bit greasy. For me, a good margarita is an essential part of a good mexican meal, and I was very disappointed. I had the standard margarita on the rocks, and it tasted watery, weak, and too "mix-y." I expect restaurants that advertise themselves as "authentic" mexican to serve margaritas made the authentic way, but these were definitely sub-par. However, the sopapillas we had for dessert were delicious and almost made me forget about the sad margarita. I would go back to Casa Grande, but more likely for lunch or on a night that I didn't want a 'rita.

Spice up your life.
Casa Grande is one of the best Mexican resturaunts I've been to. There is wonderful service and great food. The lunch specials are the best, not to expensive, but believe me, you'll be full. And don't forget that cute basket of chips and salsa you get before every meal. You've gotta love it.

Go, but watch the service.
The portions are generous, salsa is good, traditional mex dishes are tasty and prices very reasonable. The service leaves a lot to be desired, especially if one does not speak Spanish - because communicating with many of the servers is dicey. In our party, some did not get the items they ordered, even after sending back the wrong items. We don't normally encounter that kind of problem.
