I highly recommend this Exxon station! I have been coming to Burfords for years for anything from gas, to inspections, and SEVERAL flat tires from driving through home construction sites! I have rented many trucks from them as well! The Burford family is always welcoming, and provide good old fashion service! BEST SERVICE STATION IN RICHMOND!!!!!
Pros: Most everything!
Cons: Sometimes it takes a few days to get in for an inspection, bc they are that busy!

I just today went to pick my car up for the 4th, yes 4th, time of physically being left in the shop for the exact same repair work. I got my keys, got in my car and......yep, you guessed- still had a problem. So, once again I am having to leave it there to be "fixed"--if that's what they really are doing. That's just the short version though....I've gone by for day visits just as many times for the same problem. It's a simple problem with the power steering, but they just keep screwing it up! I have been nice up until now, but just told the owner that this was no longer acceptable. He got defensive....and a few minutes later he hung up! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
Cons: promises not kept, defensive, insensitive
