Poor customer service.
I was seated immediately and ignored for 15 minutes. I was two tables behind the hostess station and I watched four members of the waitstaff hang around and chit chat before a fifth waitress finally asked me if I had been helped. She was a good waitress, professional and friendly. Too bad she was the only one there with a work ethic. I noticed when I left that she was busy waiting on a table of 8 people while the rest of the waitstaff AGAIN hung out at the hostess stand socializing, leaving EVERY table in the restaraunt unattended. Awful service. The food was good but the management needs to work on team work and customer service.

I will never eat there again....My wife and I were there on 2/18/06. All were ordered
were two hamburgers...nothing special....30 minutes later nothing...no one came by to fill our glasses....told us at the 20 minute mark the food would be right out...never came....We finally got up and walked out.

Lonestar is the best in it's price range. When it's right, you will never forget your experience. Almost pull you back for a repeat. My only problem is how the service and portions varies. The have the best ingredients, now they need to work on consistency in quality, service, portion sizes.
Its worth it just for the cheese fries!! so gooood, so bad for you, totally worth it. the steak is kickin too, the service changes each time you go, sometimes it is great, sometimes it is horrible.
