Great Experience.
I had a great experience at Patient First. My total time there from when I walked in to when I walked out was less than 2 hours. They even provided my prescribed meds on site, so that I didn't have
to go to a pharmacy. The only thing I had to do after discharge was go home, take my meds and get some rest.
To me, the staff was friendly and professional, and I say that as a person who is very particular about customer service...although I never felt like a customer, but like a patient who was treated well. This was my first visit to an urgent care facility and I believe I made a wise choice.…
Patient First Midlothian Review.
Went here for the first time yesterday for a kidney infection. The nurse didn't really seem to care, but that didn't really matter. I finally saw the Dr. after a little more than an hour. Dr. was
super uninterested in anything I had to say. I'm a type 1 Diabetic, so having a kidney infection is really bad. First, when I began to tell her the problem, I caught her looking at her reflection in the painting... really?? Then, I told her one of my symptoms: water retention. I had started drinking a large amount of water one day and gained 5lbs by that night, and ended up gaining 10lb in 2 weeks that I haven't lost yet. She told me that it wasn't water because water has 0 calories. Yeah, because gaining 10lbs WITHOUT changing diet MUST not be water, right? She told me I had a bladder infection. Problem with that is that I have kidney pain, and have started vomiting after eating. My endocrinologist said I most likely have a kidney infection.
Overall, she genuinely didn't care about me or the health issue I came in for. I wasted my time there.…
Patient First Midlothian. Recently went to Patient First on Midlothian Tpk. Have been a patient there for 20 years. The PA stood with back towards me, typing on the computer. Avoid use of the PAs.
