Better than the rest.... This place is the better of Police Supply stores in Richmond area and has improved a lot in recent months. In my opinion they still have miles to go in customer service. They have a solid reputation for being very ?matter of fact? and sometimes rude with customers. They also seem to be bothered by questions from customers and show this aggravation when they have to step into the showroom to work with them. They have started to improve by moving some of the ?old salts? out of the showroom and getting some new employees in there. I hope they continue this trend. Their prices are also starting to come into line with MSRP?s. I think competition has been good for Southern Gun. Overall I would recommend them over the other place but be prepared to receive less than adequate service.…
