Not Impressed. I'm new in town and thought I couldn't go wrong with a well known chain... boy was I wrong. When we walked through the door there were 4 people there to greet us and they all looked like they were attending a funeral. Barely even a smile and when we told them that we needed a table for 5 in non-smoking it was as if we had asked them to explain the theory of relativity.

After getting seated and took my 3 year old to the restroom and walked into a biology project. The sign-up sheed for the restroom hadn't been signed off on in 4 hours... by the looks it appeared as if it had been days.

We had two children with us and the food took a little while to get there and when it came... the kids foods weren't ready. There's no worse mistake for restaurant to make than to leave behind the food for a 3 year old.

The food was decent and our waitress was satisfactory but we will not be returning.

It was....... Well, i've eaten at Lone Star numerous times, each time is a different experience. Sometimes its all 10's then the next its all 4's. But mostly it has good service. Overall, it's an OK restaurant with GREAT food at times.

going downhill. I was there over the weekend... service is slack, orders were not correct, food was overcooked. It used to be my favorite steakhouse - I need to find another one.
