Absolutely Terrible!. I stayed here from 8/2009-8/2010. My first night in the apartment, I was overwhelmed by the number of roaches coming out of the woodworks. I spoke to a maintenance man and he confirmed the problem was with the entire complex and said it was a quote-on-quote "WARZONE!" out there; told me the only thing that could be done was to leave. Also my bedroom ceiling fan did not work unless the bathroom light was on, and it took maintenance over 6 months to finally fix these crossed wires. Heat/AC broke down multiple times and took maintenance weeks or months to fix also. Also lots of stray cats roaming around your house, which is only the least of the problems here. Apartments are also near train tracks also, so really loud trains come through at all hours. Many residents are non-English speaking Hispanic immigrants and I think that the office takes advantage of the fact. The worst part is by far the roaches in my opinion, but if you can live with having thousands of these new family members in your apartment, crawling out of your tub, sink, baseboards, TV, stove, cabinets, and refrigerator, then go for it.…
