Don Elliott is a true artist. We recently had a diamond ring reset, and the results far exceeded our expectations. I will not hesitate to return for future work.

These guys don't know watch repair at all.. I took my swiss army Victorinox watch in to have a battery replaced and had to take it back 4 times because it kept fogging up. Never fogged up BEFORE I had them replace the battery. They guy dropped my crystal while I was waiting for him to try to figure out what he was doing wrong, and he scratched up the area under the face. What a joke. Don't trust your watch to these guys if you value it. It turns out he knicked up the back of the cover so that it wouldn't sit flush and had to file it down to seat it. What a joke.
