This is the worst service ever. I live in Henrico County. My wife and I were leaving town and my wife was to meet me at the airport. I was to reach airport directly from work after a very important meeting. I called up Yellow cab at 12:00 noon to come and pick her at 4:00 pm. Our flight was at 5:50. While in the meeting, I received a frantic message that the taxi had not turned up till 4:30 pm. She called the company where the service personnel did not even bother to say sorry. He had her booking, yet he insisted on asking her when she would like the cab to come. She was upset and didn't know whether she could trust them to turn up on time. I left my meeting halfway, dashed from downtown Richmond to home, picked her up and dashed back to the airport. After spending some very tense moments, we were able to catch the flight. I am never going to use Yellow cab again.

Cons: Nobody takes responsibility, no courtsey, frustrating experience.

I called them at 10.30 pm, to order a taxi for 6.15 am the next morning. They take my order, confirm the address, and tell me they will see me at 6.15. We go outside at 6.10 am to wait for the taxi. At 6:25 there was no sign of the taxi, so we call, and get told it will be there in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later, it is too late for us to get to where we were going, and still no sign of the taxi. Finally, at 7.10 the taxi shows up. This might work for some, but I find it intolerable. They should at least have had the decency to tell us that they couldn't make it, then we could have tried other companies instead.

Cons: Obviously can't tell the time
